Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge DT Card--Week 18

Good morning! There is a new challenge at Fussy and Fancy Friday, and I'd like to show you my card for it. The theme is back to school. Since my 6 year old just recently learned to read, she has made it her purpose in life to read to her little brother. She even reads him Spider Man books, even though she is not a fan!

I love this time of year. This is the time for new beginnings--new notebooks and pencils, a fresh mind relaxed in the summer heat, a fresh fall breeze, new friends, new activities. I really do get the most accomplished in the fall. Maybe it is because my husband is a professor, so our family's schedule revolves around a school one, or maybe I just like September, but for me, this time of year is my "new year."

Challenge Entered:
Sketch Saturday

What are you planning for your fall? I'd like to hear! I hope it's a good one!

Have a great day and happy stampin'!

Hi Lisa! what a lovely card, it's so pretty :)
I think it's lovely that your daughter wants to read to her little brother.
I love autumn (fall), it's my favourite season, I don't have anything planned though, just enjoy all the lovely autumnal colours.

Thank you for joining in with us this week at Sketch Saturday
